Dellta Contractors recognise that health and safety risks are inherent to any construction project, and as such has implemented a people-focused, company-wide approach to keeping its employees safe and well.
All staff from casuals through to management participate in ongoing practical and course training to continually develop and improve a sound safety culture through its practices. This comprises activities as simple as targeted toolbox talks and safety inspections carried out regularly onsite through to maintaining a remuneration and promotion scale leveraged strongly off employees health and safety skill and practice development.
I have worked with a lot of steel fixing contractors in my time, as a carpenter and safety professional. There has always been a varied scale of maturity in their leadership and approach to safety. While working with Dellta Contractors it quickly becomes apparent that their leadership, engagement of their staff in both safety and quality is at a far higher standard than a lot of their competition. This is reflected clearly in the attitude and workmanship of their onsite team.
